Growing up, I struggled with extremely acne-prone skin. I dealt with breakouts from the age of 12 all the way into adulthood. I tried everything from at-home remedies, prescriptions, to countless products recommended by dermatologists—but nothing truly worked for me. Acne affected me deeply, not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally. Because of that experience, I became extremely passionate about skincare at a young age and knew this was the path I wanted to pursue. Everything changed when I started looking at the bigger picture. I realized that skin health isn’t just about what’s happening on the surface—it’s also about what’s going on internally. Skin is so complicated, but it’s also incredibly fascinating and resilient. Factors like diet, lifestyle, and hormones all play a role, and that’s what my brand is built around: taking a more holistic approach and focusing on long-term results, not just quick short-term fixes.
